I think the missing link for me, despite Snow Leopard, is still Outlook Web Access. It’s still not at feature parity, and I don’t mean trivial features! On Exchange 2003, you can’t even change your password on OWA Basic.. much less the email rules that he mentions. I need to have a look at Exchange 2010 soon.
