I’ve been pondering for quite some time that my eating cum exploration experiences have been left undocumented, depriving the Internet from a small part of my food experience. I can’t say that I don’t eat out often, nor do I rarely try out new eating establishments, but of the few I’ve been to based on recommendations from other food blogs, I’m sorely disappointed.

I shall not name them as they’re entitled to their opinions, but as a reasonable counter-opinion, I have thus decided that after I get my iPhone 4 (October), I’m going to document my visitations to the various eating establishments, the good, the bad, and the ugly, pictorially. In the meantime, I shall document such experiences with text.
