Singapore consistently lost out to what India and Malaysia were able to provide for their citizens. This is especially worrisome given that the bulk of CPF contributions goes into the CPF Ordinary Account. How are 3rd-world countries able to deliver so much more generous real returns over a ten-year period where 1st world Singapore utterly fails to?
